What to Trade, What to Trade

I love crude oil, flowing, trending, crude oil, mmmm, crude oil.

Wake up!!

Sorry.

The YM wasn't too bad today either. We will look again at the end of the week and decide what to trade. The best plan may be to trade crude oil until the pit session closes and then trade the last hour and a half of the DOW session.

RENKO or RANGE you seem to be at odds with yourself

Looks like your Irish trader friend needs to have a serious talk with YOU

You need to find a market, chart, and time frame and then stick to them. Only through repetition can you gain the screen time necessary to obtain proficiency as a trader. The constant changes in your plan over the past months are hurting your growth as a trader. Go back, read Dr. Steenbarger again and come up with a plan you can be happy with.

LOL, you mean I can't find perfection?

I know I have been changing plans like shirts. These charts are not the ones I'm trading. I am using a duel time frame and getting to where I need to be.

These charts just show the trend we had yesterday nicely.

I am using minute and renko right now but in a slightly different format.

Slightly. :)

Thanks for your concern.

I have question, do you trade for a living, or you have a "regular" job besides trading, the question comes becuase, I am thinking of quiting my job, becuase it's affecting my decisions on tradding, I just want to know if is possible to trade in daily bases and keep a "regular" job.

Thanks in advance.

I trade full time. My trading or anyone elses trading should have no basis in how or when you trade.

You can trade and continue to work full time, you just have to adjust the way you trade.

are you trading the large oil contract or the miniNy?

CL, the big contract. The mini has very little volume.
