A Fine Line

Once again the 10,000+ hours to become an expert thesis is displayed. In this case going way over the 10,000 hours may become detrimental to your health.

A fascinating and sad movie.

"Balance", Life is a balancing game and some are better at it than others. I see by some of your post's that when you get out of balance it affects your game. Work some, play some, get lost on occasion but never lose sight of what is most important... "Balance"
P.s. "Careful, the air is thin up there .."

wow

Thanks Grok

Can I deduce from your comment that I am sometimes in balance?

Where you are is where you are. Step back and turn around and you will see it from a different perspective. If that helps then it helps, if not re-balance.....You seem to have good thoughts but not always happy thoughts. What you let into yourself always comes out the same way so happy in is happy out. Wouldn't hurt your trading, either.......

I can't, nor would I want, live in that world. The world brings us all the emotions and I won't ignore the bad and just try to live in the good.

In the end I would just be lying to myself.

Hhmmmmm, not sure my fingers were typing what my brain was thinking. I guess what I was trying to say was if you can't control your emotions then it will be difficult to control your actions. So if you are in a happy place and things are balanced then it will reflect better on your trading since in trading you don't want to have any emotions working against you. The subject of the film was a genius at what he did but he had no balance. By reading your blog I see your emotions will get in the way ("MUT's?)so stepping back and removing your emotions from your trading should be a little more beneficial. But I think you already know that. Boy, that was long winded. I try to tell the others..... O well we all learn at our own pace....Sorry, if this is too long don't print it .....
