I Am Definitely Canadian

Welcome to the International Headquarters of Solfest Capital Inc.

We're snowed in, hunkered down, and waiting for our 2 week summer that arrives sometime in August.

Yes these pictures are from this morning.

Anyone who lives in sunshine near an ocean needs to just shut up.

I thought we had it bad in Ireland today. We do live by the sea though, so i'll half shut up.

An American acquaintance told me...why the hell I live in this Tundra.

My answer...besides hockey and an absence of Rush Limbaugh is....obvious as His Lordship already pointed.....

I keep looking out my window, I don't see any beautiful women on horseback.

I see an old lady in a PT Cruiser stuck in the cul de sac.

My kids are trying to push her out.

Maybe I should go help.

Just thot I'd post a picture from my window.

In Canada they have two Seasons...six months of winter and six months of poor snowmobiling.

God Bless America! : )

Sol, you have confused me...last week you loved it there, one dump of snow and you are squealing...show us some trades mate...!
England here and wet, again...

Did anyone else notice that there were no trees in Solfestland? Odd.

One dump of snow! One dump of snow!

Oh alright I was sounding like a wimpy Canadian.

The wimpy Canadians all live in Arizona for the winter.

I would show you a trade except I missed it due my snow shovelling slowed reflexes.

If Jules thinks it's hard to make the bars turn blue in Sierra she needs to read the Sierra instructions on how to program auto trading.

Some day I'll find a 8 yr old to program it for me.

How old are you Hex?

Here you read it, make sure you scroll and read all the way to the bottom.

http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_SystemsAlerts.php

If you could interpret that into English (old or new) I would appreciate it.

We chopped down all the trees for firewood a long time ago.

Come on now look again I replanted.

I'm one with the environment.

Even if I don't want to be.

Other than the sickly-looking-replanted Xmas tree, all I see are the two sticks you'd rub together to make a fire!

Is that Sandy's house right across the street? (i'm assuming there's a street under the snow).

Rich oil traders....can't even afford decent landscaping.

Solfest said...

I had landscaping.

It blew away.

Landscaping now consists of sod and concrete.

So far so good.

I am so wimpy I hire underpaid kids to shovel my side walk while I drink French Vanilla. And my Gold Coast vacation is up in 3 days.....back to the motherland when summer is here....

Must do my bit for global commerce..tee hee...

I shall retain a stoic silence on this matter.
